Grey Gardner is an experienced attorney serving clients in the District of Columbia and Maryland. Mr. Gardner specializes in criminal defense litigation and was trained at the nationally regarded Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia.
From 2006 to 2012, Mr. Gardner served as a trial attorney at the Public Defender Service, representing clients in criminal matters ranging from misdemeanor and juvenile matters to serious felony offenses before both the District of Columbia Superior Court and the United States Parole Commission. He has tried numerous jury and bench trials to verdict and has represented clients at every stage of criminal litigation, including pre-indictment investigations, grand jury, and post-trial.
Mr. Gardner received his Juris Doctorate degree from the American University’s Washington College of Law in Washingon, D.C. and Bachelor of Arts degree from Grinnell College. He is currently admitted to practice in the District of Columbia Superior Court, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and the State of Maryland.
